VCF files and hapmap files for HiBAP I and HiBAP II. This data has been used for two genome-wide association studies to date: for photosynthetic efficiency and for heat tolerance. Variants were called from enrichment capture sequencing data mapped to RefSeq v1.0. Details of how the data was processed can be found in Joynson et al., 2021 (
